		<description>Hi James,
You raise an excellent point. My name is in competition with a former CFO of KMart, a famous author, and a ton of other famous folks I had no idea even existed. For those of us with somewhat common names it may take a lot of work to show up first in the profile listings.

One point I was trying to make in my video, is that adding a Google Profile is just one step (among many) in developing your brand and getting exposure on the web (if that&#039;s what you want of course).

I did check out http://vizibility.com and did sign up for it, and put the button on my blog. I will place it other places as well.

Kudos to you on launching a Start Up company. Magic Happens to those who take action!! Let me know if I may assist you in any way.

<description>While I believe the intent behind Google Profiles is ok, it’s just not the most useful service in its present form. There are more than 125 people with my name who have a Google Profile, so there&#039;s just no way to ensure that my name is the one at the top of the list. Wouldn&#039;t it be better just to have a &quot;Google Me&quot; button that brings up only your search results? Vizibility just launched in January and offers this for free.

I can be one-click Googled at &lt;a href=&quot;http://vizibility.com/james&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt; http://vizibility.com/james. I have put this link on my LinkedIn page under the tag “Google Me”. It is in my email signature and on other online profiles as well. When anyone clicks this link, I get a text message that I was just searched. I originally created it for me but decided to form a start up around the concept. I hope you try it and tell us what you think.&lt;/a&gt;</description>
