Style WordPress Search Form

Help with WordPress 2.3/CSS - focused and size of the form?
In my WordPress Header.php file I added the following code:
1. This is tricky, and I do not know CSS (or any other design for the HTML) that much. But you can make some arrangements, such as enclosing the searchform.php in a table with valign = "center" (Or vertical-align: middle; CSS) something like this will do:
2. # Try to SearchForm input {width: 300px} or, better yet, try # s {width: 300px;} (If you are using WordPress Searchform\.php original, the identification of input text box is "s", so # s on CSS also identifying how searchform.php is "SearchForm" so # SearchForm probably will) I hope this helps.
