When I put online, I can leave any identifying information?

If you use standard sites blogs (WordPress, blogspot) or subscribe to a dating site, or am involved in a discussion forum, or build a website (like tripod.com) or the use of Twitter, or send comments to blogs, newspapers, websites, etc, I can leave any "information" behind which will allow the website to be bound to me? An address IP? Any link with a computer I own? Anything? What if in reality no POST, but just visit or download or chat, leave nothing but permanent (as a message, image, etc)? If so, how I can post blogs, for example, and not leave behind any information? I'm assuming, The purpose of this question, I did not intentionally leave any information about me (signed with my real name, location, etc.).

The most difficult hide is your IP, but can be hidden using something called a "Proxy." You can easily find online, and there are some sites that use random. also can use a disposable email box which means not to enroll in an email. Just watch out for Flash or Java, since you can still see your data.
