Creating a website with study guide book for teens among teenagers?

I want to create a website similar to SparkNotes. I that have reviews and summaries and support for school projects on books, movies and music. I have two questions. The first is where should I start to welcome, Livejournal, WordPress, Blogger or other blog hosting site? Finally moved to a regular web site once I started. My other question is what I include for each book / movie / album? For example, the summary, themes, characters, questions, etc. Any other information would be appreciated. Thank you.

Well, first I would find a good html programmer, one who really knows how to code a website. And I would start to freewebs. Very simple but very extensible. If you are making a place for young teen, I would recommend a place where teens can submit their work related material. As fan fiction, fan-art, etc.
