Help my hoplinks not work on my WordPress blog?

I am using the template Mystique and its been fine until I decided to run traffic to it, affiliate links, I mean all the affiliate links to be changed to the URL of the blog and not the URL posted on the blog, can anyone tell me how fast I can solve this problem please.
