haircut help please?!

I want something like this ... http://hollywoodismyhood.files.wordpress but not sure how to tell my hairdresser ... I'll take the photograph but I would like my hair is done in layers and a little more. I also want bangs different, for s in the Americas next top model cycle 12'm also very nervous to get my hair done like this! I've always had long hair and I somethinf different ... Any suggestions of what might seem nice

I am also having problems with the image in the link. However, if I were you, I just take the picture at the salon and describe it. Go to someone who speaks clearly (not one with a thick accent that is hard to understand) and has a good reputation. Just describe it and make sure that explains what she is doing as it does. Say you've never had cut it off that way. If you chose a reliable hairdresser should make it feel comfortable and do what is right for you
