WordPress will not let me install?

I downloaded the latest version of WordPress from http://www.wordpress.org/. And for some reason just get a blank screen when I go to "wp-admin/install.php." That is where it is supposed I have to go. I get nothing without content, nothing, just a screen white, and I've been looking all over the Internet that people have had this same problem. I wonder if anyone has a logical answer. The server that I am housed in the following specifications ... - Apache version 2.2.17 - 5.2.16 PHP version - MySQL version 5.1.56 - x86_64 architecture - Linux Operating System Yes, I have enough space and bandwidth, and SQL databases have sufficient free. I also tried to install WordPress to download, extract and load each file via FTP FileZilla. I hope anyone can help, thank you very much, Aaron Brewer:-D

If you have paid for accommodation, and is ready to install WordPress. You have to login to your account and use the control panel (cPanel) to install it. Then use the edit panel. If you have a free website, you must check if it is allowed using PHP and a database and that will be needed for an application like WordPress blogs truth.
