The installation of AdSense ads on a WordPress blog, help!?

Hi I'm trying to find a way to put AdSense ads in my WordPress blog. I have my own domain and am using a theme I downloaded from somewhere. I was told: Use this plugin http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/adsense-manager/ I put my affiliate ID and put the AdSense code you gave me, but when I save and go look at my site, no ads up. I've been editing the ad in wordpress and havent been able to make it appear. I'm using the latest version of the extension and wordpress theme Could it be that I'm using? Thanks!

You've done everything right, but lost a key step (put the name of the ad in the same post). When you place your AdSense ads on Manager the name of the campaign advertising. Listed by example # 1 Now that you have created the ad, go to each position and enter this code [ad #] based on the name of your ad. Named manager adsense and ask that your AdSense ad. Hope that helps. I can use a software AdSense and had some problems at first.
