Training Tips? (Photo included)

My weight is around 160. My "problem area" is the stomach, fat, basically goes there. So just wondering how I can get a flat stomach (fat loss) and how I can get a bigger butt and thighs? What are some good exercises to strengthen muscles in these areas? I will not go to the gym for the weather, so I have access to some beautiful mountains close and biking and stuff. I really do not want to have a small back and thighs, so I have to know the exercises that will help me win muscles after the cardio. I can work for about 1-2 hours. One more thing .. What should I eat after exercise? lol Laurie tone should run everything and lunges and squats. if you go on YouTube and type in "how to make bigger butt," then videos that will help you. I did some things that were in the training plan and every time my sister sees me he says my butt is getting bigger =) also try "how to flatter tummy"
