How I can move my installation of WordPress mydomain.net / blog mydomain.net?

I do not want to spend my files in the directory / blog only mydomain.net want to redirect visitors, mydomain.net / blog, I went to the main page of WordPress' Options and did, but did not work: ([WordPress address (URL): http://www.mydomain.net/blog blog address (URL).
